The Team
The partners of the firm are Richard S. Roque based in Hong Kong, Mark Li based in Shanghai and Leonardo Arguelles in Manila.
Richard is Managing Director and was previously associated for 12 years with William E. Simon & Sons (Asia) Limited, a private equity firm set-up by the former US Treasury Secretary. He was also former Chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association (2000/01) and continues to remain as Chairman Emeritus of the Association.
Mark LiMark Li
Mark Li is based in Shanghai where he coordinates the China related investments, opportunities and strategic alliances of the firm. Mark was previously associated with Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance which is affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. back
Leonardo Arguelles
Leonardo Arguelles is based in Manila where he coordinates the Philippine related projects and strategic alliances. Leonardo is President of Unicapital Securities and a leading proponent of SME financing in the Philippines. back
